Positive: The resort overall was very nice. The views were incredible and the water was one of the Bluest I have ever seen The staff were super friendly and helpful. Showed us a good time on multiple occasions.
Negative: Disappointed there wasn’t more coconuts being sold or given out at the resort. Everything was so expensive food wise No robes for the bathroom

Positive: Staff, facilities, activities during day and evening, location, beach, snorkelling, and food were all awesome! Room was good, terrace bar, and gardens also really nice.
Negative: Family pool was pretty noisy with loud music, but we just went to beaches and gardens which were lovely. Food and drink fairly pricey.
Summary: Amazing, exceeded expectations, our kids absolutely loved it

Positive: The staff were just wonderfull. smiling, friendly and full of joy. lots of things to do - great games room. the room was spacious and the bed comfortable.
Negative: meals were generally great. a couple of steaks were a bit on the tough side our driver was late on the final day - making the journey back to Nadi quite rushed. there was a lot of condensation on the floor - which made it slippery at times. eventually worked out that the Air Con needed to be on all the time to dry out the air.

Positive: Friendly and attentive staff, beautiful beachfront location with calm, clear water perfect for snorkelling. No noisy powered water sports, so it’s peaceful. Great breakfast, especially the fresh egg station. When our original room had an issue, the team moved us quickly to an upgraded room.
Negative: Inconsistent room cleaning and re-stocking of basics like towels and bottled water. A few service delays where “island time” felt more like being forgotten — once our dessert order was missed, then rushed when it arrived. Dead plants in the bathroom that should be removed or cared for.
Summary: A relaxing stay with friendly staff and great snorkelling, but a few service inconsistencies.

Positive: We loved our stay at the Warwick. The staff were amazing.
Negative: The kids buffet was disappointing. It was the only thing we didn’t love about our stay. Even our very easy eaters struggled. We ended up ordering off the menu for the kids each lunch and evening.

Positive: Staff were excellent, beach and pool were great
Negative: The food was always overcooked we went to the steakhouse and the steak was like a tough boot it was not edible. The Japanese and Italian was the only restaurants where food was good. Food way too overpriced for the quality happy to pay top dollar but food must match Prices of drinks were seriously way too high

Negative: The phone didn’t work The tv reception was terrible and we asked both to be fixed but weren’t Missing an outdoor chair Room didn’t get cleaned one day Missing towels another One of the worst rooms in the property even thought I paid a lot of money The property was old and tired needs updating Poorly designed buffet serving massive lines The bar staff at the pool were unprofessional and one serving person couldn’t pull a beer- the head was shocking.

Negative: The adults wing had noisy kids in it. The adults only pool had VERY bad loud music. Constant rubbish rap and duf duf music. Ok for family area. But no place for peace. Doesnt seperate families from adults area very well any more. Used to in the past.
