Summary: The AC didn't work. Owners would not let me open windows. No refund. Owners were hard to get ahold of and then never showed when they said they would. Owner said it was a new AC unit. Actual AC unit was at least 20 years old and trailer was falling apart. Smelled very musty and without AC was unbearable.

Summary: Enjoyed the canalside deck. Met friendly neighbors. Place was clean& well equipped. Yard was not kept up& trailer was very old but inside was refurbished.Sewer system needs work.

Summary: A friend and I stayed here for a few days on a fishing trip. I received the check in details prior to arrival. Access was very simple and easy. The dock worked great for keeping my small skiff. The home was clean and conveniently furnished. The beds were comfortable. Nice outdoor areas, in porch and outside on deck. They have two kayaks available that looked great but we didn’t have the time to use them. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: The owner has made this older model singlewide trailer very homey and with a lot of nice nautical touches and modern improvements. We stayed out of the bunk bed room but the bed in the master was comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet with a mix of run down trailers, single family homes and mini mansions. The private dock is great and you can sit on the wooden patio deck with a fire in the chimenea, drink beer and watch your boat after a long day of running it aground and pulling it off of the millions of sand bars in the North Mosquito Lagoon, and catching a few "untargeted species" of fish. ;-) My wife Judy and I and our two little rascally Pupper Monsters, would certainly stay here again.

Summary: This property is super clean and cute. The kitchen had all the amenities need to cook our fresh fish nightly. The dock accommodated our 20ft boat with ease. The canal was wide enough to turn the boat around right at the dock. The neighborhood is super quiet with really nice neighbors. Highly recommend this property for a fishing and boating vacation. Thank you for the wonderful place Jim!
