Summary: The room overlooked the ocean and the beach was a 50 yd walk to the beach. Rob was an excellent host and very knowlegeable of the area. Breakfast was wonderful.

Summary: Excellent accommodation. Very nice host who helps with all your questions and requests, but never pushes you in. Ideal place to unwind or to explore the Abel Tasman NP by rental car. The breakfast is perfect - especially because you are not tied to a specific time in the morning. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Waters. It is a lovely property and the family/owners are wonderful. Rob is a wealth of knowledge about the area and New Zealand. He was able to book an activity for us after hours for the next day which was amazing. He also offered a charcuterie board and wine dinner to end our busy day! We would definitely return here and highly recommend to others!

Summary: Fabulous managers. Incredible spot with ocean and pond type views. First rate breakfast provided daily in your own refrigerator. Not a lot of rooms so the place has a very private feel. I loved everything about it.
