Positive: Lovely touches such as fresh homegrown fruit provided daily. A good breakfast of cereals, yogurt and stewed fruit, along with toast and jam was provided daily. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the linen good quality. We felt well looked after.

Positive: Large well equipped room and a delicious breakfast of homegrown fruit and vegetables. Beautiful garden and generous host. Easy parking and the washing machine was very handy.

Negative: The hedge could be trimmed a bit lower to open up more of the beautiful view.

Positive: This is a beautiful property perched on top of a hill. Everything you need is in one huge - and I mean HUGE - studio room, by far the largest room we had on our 1-month trip to New Zealand. Kitchen, bathroom, dining table, two couches... even the washer is en-suite. We only stayed for one night but we would have been very comfortable here for an extended stay. Bicycle vineyard tours would be on my agenda! A good selection of continental breakfast items were provided, including some home-grown fruit. We enjoyed the fact that the house water comes from a rain water collection system, and it tasted great, but if you like to take 30 minute showers then this might not be the place for you - the owner respectfully asks guests to be thoughtful about water usage.
