Summary: We have had a great experience at the Weinberg. The staff has been outstanding, so helpful and kind. Our room was magnificent. We stayed in the loft which was the size of an apartment with a comfy couch and beautiful loft with a king size bed. Breakfast was top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: Breakfast is good. Hotel you have to get wet if it’s raining to get to your room. Found hairs in the bed. Got hustled by one of the workers for a city tour. Towels have the year on them. We got one from 2023 that was brown. They will not see me again.

Summary: Beautiful, spotless and well maintained room. Food and service, both breakfast and sky lounge, were excellent. Unfortunately, our arrival was far from satisfactory. We booked airport pickup with the hotel, only to arrive and have to wait with our luggage for half an hour before someone showed up. When we arrived at the hotel we were put into the wrong category of room. After questioning this with the receptionist we were given the correct room. At check-in we also asked for a reservation the next day outside at the Fishmarket, which she confirmed she would do. She completely forgot to do this and we were seated inside as the restaurant had only received the request that afternoon. For a hotel of this standard I blame these shortcomings on poor management. After touring Namibia for 30 days we had planned to return to Windhoek for a couple of nights, and had thought we would come back to the Weinberg. After our experience we made other arrangements.

Summary: My Family had the most amazing stay at The Weinberg. The hotel extremely comfortable, with amazing staff and restaurants on site. A special shout out to Beulah who made our stay particuarly special, with room upgrades (to accomodate our childrens needs) and special service and attention to detail. Will definitely be back.
