Positive: Really homely house, owners couldnt of been nicer always available to tell us about the area and if anything unsure of in the house answered straight away. The pub being a two minute walk a great bonus. Very comfortable stay with a baby.

Positive: Best hosts I've had on bookings. Nothing could have been better. Real Irish hospitality. Walked in to a warm house with log fires burning.

Positive: Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked many meals during our stay. All the utilities worked great and we had no issues. Turf and starters were available had we had fires in the morning and evening. A great village pub is two doors down and during beautiful morning walks you can see the ocean all around you.

Negative: There were no issues at all. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. It was as comfortable as being in our own home.

Summary: This is the place for a great Irish village experience. A excellent pub is two doors down.

Positive: A very beautiful traditional house on the peninsula. Beds are so comfortable and the size from outside is deceiving. We had cows and sheep as neighbours so they caused us no issues. I will definitely be staying here again next time we come out. The little touches such as roaring fires on arrival butter milk and bread and also the apple pie just a shame we never got a chance to enjoy it.

Negative: There was nothing I didn’t like about the property at all my only complaint is the location on the gps maps took us to completely different part of the peninsula.

Summary: Amazing, beautiful and traditional certainly made us feel welcome

Positive: Very clean, plenty of space. Really cosy sitting room - loads of turf supplied for stove which produces incredible heat! Really responsive host.

Negative: Shower was piping hot but very weak pressure

Positive: This place has an amazing location. Me and my family were doing part of the wild Atlantic coast road. And this location was fantastic to reach so many places within that part of Co. Mayo.

Negative: We had a bit of bother with the fires and the central heating. However the hosts are amazing at helping out, so if you are staying here, honestly just get in touch with them.
