Summary: The hotel itself is gorgeous, very welcoming reception area, check in was a breeze. The room itself was very comfortable, with a beautiful view! Our only complaint during our stay was that the shower was very slow to drain/clogged. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Summary: Amazing hotel/resort. The room was great. The property overall is well maintained and clean. The staff is excellent. The restaurants are good, albeit with somewhat limited menus. The pools were nice and the beach access was so easy. Can’t get anymore on the beach.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. We were a little disappointed at the view. We paid for Ocean view but what we got was a roof view. Other than the view the room, staff and stay was nice

Summary: Check in time was four o’clock, got ther at 4:20 and was told I had to wait because house cleaning had to clean our room, waited a an hour and then got the call that it was ready, the manager apologized and when I got to the room I noticed it seemed different, sure enough it was a handicap accessible room, smh the bed was low and mattress was to soft in mushy. My husband is 6’2 and myself is 6 foot and that was not what I booked. Manager offered me a breakfast card and appetizer card, but never gave it to me, so it was not a great experience.

Summary: Started out with my credit card being charged when the room was already paid for. The elevator by my room was broken, I use the stairs but not when bringing up the luggage. My ocean view room was priced as an ocean view, but my view was of a roof..rm#3137. You could see the ocean but over top of the roof. Honesly, will never stay here again.

Summary: The resort was beautiful! We loved our room, the pools, and restaurants! My only complaints would be the food and early end time for the wedding we attended there.

Summary: The stay was nice and service was excellent however the restroom door was broken and it was easy to become jammed. The restroom wasn’t clean but was able to manage cleaning the toilet. I love that everything is within the hotel and they had a family room for kids to play even though movie night was canceled we still manage to keep our toddler busy. My husband and I liked there was a shuttle bus to take us to the shops . The restore has things to do for kids depending on the day. We would love to come back.
