Summary: The room was a bit dirty, the roll up shades didn’t work, and the AC was set at 65 but plateaued at a balmy 73. The lobby was exquisitely beautiful but that did not extend to the rooms. The view of the city was actually a view of the roof below, not the city. Overall, the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Summary: No AC in first room. No vending machine. You would think the billionaires who own Marriott would have some self respect, and make their hotel, in an iconic area of downtown Minneapolis, a little nicer. Maybe if they took one less billion this year, they could improve the lives of their staff, and have a respectabe hotel. I dont think ac in the room is an reasonable assumption. Motel 6 has AC in every room. Just saying.

Summary: Dated hotel that failed to mention that they are under renovation, probably a good thing but a hassle none the less. All off site parking, not mentioned or best place to park. TV didn’t work as well as many other nuances.

Summary: At first this seemed like a great place to stay--the location is fantastic, and staff is friendly. Unfortunately, their A/C does not work. They sent a maintenance technician which did not fix the issue. Then they claimed it was because they have motion sensor A/C, but even when we were in the room, it did not cool off. They did provide a box fan. But after seeing other reviews, it is clear their A/C does not work at all (at this time anyway). Our room was 77 and stuffy, which made for an uncomfortable night.
