Summary: To start the WiFi wasn’t working in my room. When I called the front desk the girl told me to bring my laptop to the front desk then said that she’d send someone to my room in 15 minutes but didn’t. When 30/45 minutes passed I figured they weren’t coming so I went to go get food next door. When I was passing the front desk the girl, who was the same girl on the phone from reading her name tag, asked how I’m doing and I told her I wasn’t getting WiFi in my room and she quickly said “WELL DO YOU HAVE YOUR LAPTOP?!” And I told her that she had told me she was sending someone to my room in 15 minutes and that it’s been more than 15 minutes but I’m gonna go get something to eat now. Then she ended the interaction by saying WELL WHY BRING IT UP?! There was that, making me miss 2 business video call meetings. And the fridge wasn’t working causing my medicine that was supposed to stay cool, go bad

Summary: This was a beautiful property with super friendly staff, clean rooms, on-site restaurant/bar, close to city activities and an overall relaxing place. So happy we switched from a downtown hotel to the Westin! We will be back.

Summary: Many good things here, it’s true, but the “in-room” purchases scattered about just look cheap. Maybe focus on the things that I did pay for? Was difficult to work with table light burned out, but no, I did not go to the trouble of asking it to be fixed while I was there. I did tell the receptionist when I checked out. “Oh, Ok, thank you.” I also have to say I found the surprise “valet only” parking annoying, and the captive, pricey restaurant not at all to my style. But I would be back? Probably so.
