Summary: Very beautiful hotel. Upscale and classy. The rooms were big, clean and very modern. I highly recommend, even though I have one complaint and that's their menu prices, way overpriced. Other than that it is a nice property and I would stay there again.

Summary: This property exceeded my expectations even for the Westin brand. I was thoroughly pleased. I even had the red carpet rolled out although it was actually for the president lol.

Summary: We had a great stay at the Westin Surabaya. Excellent staff and very attentive service. Club lounge on the 39th floor was perfect for team meetings and a great place for a meal or drink. We look forward to visiting the property again.
