Summary: Our stay at the Westin Waltham-Boston was comfortable and pleasant. The room and the bathroom were a little small, but both were clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Summary: Hotel is very clean and staff is nice but was woken up at 3:30 am by a family being incredibly loud in the hallway for about a half hour, yelling and slamming doors. Called the front desk but no answer

Summary: Beautiful, modern and clean accommodations. Star treatment for Boston Marathoners and their guests. Did not like that we couldn’t check in early and day of check out the cleaning lady came by at 8:30a.m. when checkout is at noon.

Summary: Overall very good. Only issue was our room was not cleaned when we left it in the morning. But super friendly staff, very good breakfast included. Easy parking etc

Summary: Quick check in, room was clean bathroom needed a deep cleaning, especially the floor. Refrigerator was not plugged in and no one came to connect after we called. Breakfast buffet was $25 pp and definitely not with it. We chose hotel because it was close to everything.

Summary: Our stay was great. Only issue was we had no choice but to pay for parking at $20 a night. I wish that had been more obviously indicated when I made the reservation. Or maybe the hotel could give another option. Is there any compensation for this ? Also, we wanted to change our reservation from 4 to 2 people, which would have reduced the price from $191 to $171. I called well in advance to inquire, but the customer service from Hotels.com couldn’t just reimburse us the difference of $20. He said that the original reservation would have to be canceled and anew one would bea higher price. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you for considering my situation.
