Positive: The views and the amenities were great! What made this resort great was the staff!!!!! Staff consistently went out of their way to make your stay amazing, their friendliness, humour and care was next level! The fresh scones at breakfast and just the love each out into the guests was beyond measure. One of the hardest group of people to leave!
Negative: It was a bit nosey at night but manageable.
Summary: Incredible staff, scones and scenery!

Negative: Restaurant was not open. They only had coffee and muffins. We were looking forward to their great menu.

Positive: The location was very nice.
Negative: The pool was closed, which we did know when booking. We were also aware of restaurant/bar times because we looked it up, but we think it needs to be made apparent to all guests when booking. The meal service was very limited. The restaurant and bar closed at 8:00 even though there was a large group of people and an event being held at the golf course and they were short staffed. The cold breakfast was a very limited breakfast. Having more options for food is important for guests who are travelling from far away and may be unaware of what is available/unavailable.
Summary: The rooms and location are nice for the price point. Meal service could be improved.

Positive: Clean facilities. Location was convenient for visiting Cape St Mary’s on one day and St Vincent’s beach on the other.
Negative: Big room but uncomfortable bed and sound from the corridors echoed in (poor noise insulation).

Positive: Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Had a nice view and bar area. Place was clean.
Negative: Had a really hard time finding the place. Had to call hotel and get directions. Felt uncomfortable after reading some rules in the hotel room. Don’t touch the black towel or it’s $5. Get charged if you take off makeup with a white towel. Just little stupid rules that made me not want to touch anything.

Positive: Location at first I thought was going to be out of the way, but ended up being perfect fit to our routine, as one destination was 15 minutes one way, and 40 minutes in the other direction. Thank you so much !
Negative: TV in living room was missing the roku stick, although the controller was on the coffee table. Everything else was great, thank-you 😉
