Positive: Exceptional value from a privately owned hotel where you can tell that employees and the ownership truly take a sense of pride in every aspect of the property and service offered to their guests. We don't often travel through OKC, but this will be our go-to stop when we do! The property was modern, excellently curated with exceptional taste. The staff were welcoming, professional, and seemed to truly take pride and enjoy their work - that is not something you often see in the hotel industry. The place was spotless, breakfast was delicious, and the room was wonderful. My only regret is that we were only there for one evening

Positive: It was nice place, very clean. The breakfast was very good. Much better than what you expect at a hotel.
Negative: Wish it had a pool. Game room was fun tho.
Summary: Good for an over night but wouldn’t stay longer.

Negative: Small housekeeping details, room was spotlessly clean but no shower gel in dispenser and fridge had pervious guests food in it.

Positive: Saturdays breakfast was delayed by the fact that they ran out of plates, utensils, eggs, syrup, but this was because there were a lot of people trying to eat at 845am and there was only Ms. D working all the stations(she came through though), otherwise the waffles were good once i put them back on the grill for a half min with the butter to get them hotter, the first day oatmeal was a little watery, but sundays was ok. i drink my coffee black and i had 2 on saturday and 2 on sunday, the dining area could use someone to wipe tables and i couldnt understand to be a new establishment why they had only one person in that area and one at front desk(especially on the weekend). They had milk, orange juice, yogurt, sausage, cereal , fruit, and water also...
Negative: when i arrived at 450pm on friday and went to my king/bunk bed room the carpet had crumbs all over and a mcdonalds box underneath the dinette table, the bathroom area had a container on the floor, the commode seat was broken and it seemed like they werent expecting us(i guess they only have one housekeeper in the am), i called downstairs and stephanie said she would send someone, it took a min so i went down stairs(we were on the 2nd floor) and she was on a call and had 2 people at the desk- i walked off and went back upstairs -saw a maid in the hallway and told her, she came in and vacuumed, sprayed some stuff, left the mcdonalds container, fixed the toilet seat somewhat and by then stephanie called up and stated mantience would be there in the morning and did i want another space, i said ill look at it, and we went down to 107 which had wood floors and 2 doubles and i took it. the beds were comfortable, i was still wondering why for a new spot everything seemed rushed(bless their hearts), the bathroom is really small where the commode is practically touching the bathtub(only one person in there at a time)this was the same in the first room also. The front desk guy on sunday stated they were independent and only open 1 year now(stephanie had worked 16 straight hours- said she was interviewing 2 people) i would suggest a full staff plus 2 part-timers, because overworked and under paid staff would not benefit your establishment. i also saw stephanie manning the full bar on friday evening(recommend happy hour for at least 1 hr each night 6pm-7pm or even free cocktails(2 limit) on friday nights.
Summary: very pretty foyer and if you state govt discount actually have it.
