Positive: We received a warm welcome from the staff and Pete. The room was perfect, clean with everything we needed. Such a comfortable bed and the shower was fantastic. The food was exceptional with a good range to choose from on the menu. Breakfast was a great experience with the best scrambled eggs I have ever had. Pete was a delightful host, very passionate about his business and good company. He made us feel so welcome alongside his beautiful two dogs Molly and Nellie. Our own dog was made welcome too. I would definitely recommend this delightful pub to visit and stay

Positive: The breakfast was brilliant as was our evening meal. The staff were friendly and made us welcome. Pete made sure that we had everything we needed and entertained us.
Negative: There wasn't anything we didn't like, unless you can include the weather.

Negative: Our room was a bit cold, but once in it soon warmed up. Some of the decor could do with a bit of sprucing up especially the bathroom,.
