Positive: Location, setting, facilities, location to nearest township (Coromandel 20 min drive) this place is so relaxing… first beach is a few minutes drive, plenty more from there! Good cooking options including slow cookers, Quiet except the odd vehicle, plenty of birdlife and general nature vibes

Positive: We enjoyed waking up and having breakfast and tea on the deck watching the occasional car go by the hill and hearing the birds. A really nice remote bush house to get away for the weekend from busy work life. Really helps you relax and just enjoy the moment. We loved that there are no other houses nearby so you can enjoy nature to it fullest. You can explore the bush out back and there are some cool looking tree vines. Showers are renovated and we enjoyed taking a morning hot shower. For bedding do be careful on one of the beds as if you get up from one side it may tilt if the other person is still sleeping on the other side of the bed. There are plenty of blankets and bedding provided. The toilet long drop was a new experience and you can even leave the door open as no one can look in. So a cool experience. It would have been nice to have a toilet indoors though. Overall a cool place to just relax in nature without any other houses.

Positive: Loved the vibe, could tell that love and hard work has gone into this woolshed.. Perfect spot to local beaches, Driving Creek Railway & zipline and Coromandel township. Had all the basics that we needed...
Negative: Be prepared - toilet a little bit of a mission - no lights over fence, the door did not fully close and long grass = wet legs in morning on way to and from toilet. Place could do with a spider spray, inside had a lot of harmless daddy longlegs in corners and rafters.
