Summary: Room was nice, slightly dated furniture but great views and bed comfy. Bathroom old and there was a strong smell of drains on the first day which disappeared afterwards. Breakfast was ok, limited options. Service was slow and not what I would call Irish hospitality. It took 15 minutes to get a cup of tea. I ordered a cappuccino and it never arrived. Staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Reception staff were all lovely. We had a meal in the bar and that was lovely too although my husband had the steak sandwich and it had a weird curry sauce. I would say breakfast let it down. We had breakfast on the first day and missed the two other days as it wasn’t a great experience.
