Summary: Overall, a good stay. The view from the upstairs bedrooms was lovely, the beds were comfy. The kitchen was very clean and they had plenty of cookware for us to use. There was enough space for everyone to sit down and eat, including an outdoor table on the deck with a very calming, enjoyable view. The house is a short drive to Harkers Island (to take the ferry) and Beaufort which is where we planned to spend most of our time. There’s a pier 6mins away where we enjoyed the most amazing sunset. They have a binder where they recommend local restaurants. We tried crossroads pizza and it was great, and very close by. If I had to say anything negative, and this is very personal, we arrived on a rainy night and the living room lights were on so it was scary getting there bc I thought someone was living there or I was trying to get into the wrong house. Other than that, the house was very clean, except the bathrooms needed some work and the outdoor chairs had a lot of pet hair, as well as one of the throw blankets on the downstairs bedroom. The white couch upstairs could really use a good cleaning, but it’s just details that could easily be taken care of. We would definitely stay there again. We really enjoyed it.

Summary: It was a beautiful house with a great yard for the kids to play. Very spacious dining and hangout area inside with plenty of comfortable beds. Sound is almost in casting distance with tons of local spots to fish. Absolutely the best host we have ever had in a vacation home!!! We cannot wait for our next trip thanks so much jason for all your hospitality until next time!

Summary: The property was beautiful, clean, peaceful and the views were breathtaking. The owner communicated well and was so accommodating. We came with a large group for a bachelorette trip and we had plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed.We will definitely be back to stay again on a family trip and we are hoping to book later this summer. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a special getaway!
