Summary: Thelesi Apartments is a nice hotel under new young management. It has a good location near the ocean and away from noisy traffic. The hotel is undergoing yearly upgrades and we will definitely book here again. The staff were very helpful, friendly and engaged and they made you feel very welcome.

Summary: Our hotel appartement was exceptionally clean including the hallways, lobby, pool and pool deck. If you are looking for luxury this is not your place; however, if you want a spacious, clean, affordable room with a kitchenette, a nice pool and close to the Agia Marina strip and beaches then we highly recommend this property. An added bonus is that the beds, windows, shutters, and a/c were all new and there is a clothes starting rack attached to every balcony to stay towels, bathing suites etc. Our room was cool and dark for our afternoon siestas. There is an older gentleman on site to show you your room etc when you arrive but other than that he isn’t really helpful. The lady we spoke to over the phone before we arrived was very helpful and immediately answered all my texts. The garbage is removed every morning. We didn’t get any extra towels but we didn’t ask.

Summary: The hotel has no lift and the pool area needs a fence as young kids cam easily fall over. Place is very clean but the ols guy who greeted us spoke no English.

Summary: We needed a room near Chania with parking, as we were flying out the next day. This met our needs in that respect, and had good WiFi. We were given a two room apartment, with an extra bed, which was appreciated and it is only a 100 metres or so off the main road, so was quiet, but convenient for the local shops and bars/restaurants. We were there early season and were the only guests, so it wasn't surprising the pool wasn't filled, and there weren't any toiletries supplied, or a kettle!

Summary: Quiet hotel. Owner does not speak English but kindly, just get yourself to understand. He let us do whatever we wanted, even wash our car in his yard. thanks for everything.
