The Space:
The house features thermal heating throughout, offering individual heaters in each room. The ground floor encompasses the kitchen, dining, and living areas, seamlessly connecting to the patio and BBQ space. Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a King Bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two also offers a King Bed, while bedroom three provides flexibility with bunk beds. The main bathroom is located upstairs and includes a shower, toilet, and bathtub. Downstairs, bedroom four features a Queen Bed. Bedroom five is conveniently situated off the internal access garage. Adjacent to the garage, the laundry area includes a third shower and a drying cupboard that utilises the thermal heating system.

Guests will have full access to the entire house, including the five bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, and laundry facilities. Jump in the car and be at the Rotorua waterfront in 10 minutes for lunch, brunch or some shopping. There is also a group of shops just around the corner, and a local supermarket within walking distance.
Getting Around:
Conveniently located, our property offers excellent transport links. You'll find free parking available both on the property and on the street. The local bus service has a stop within a few minutes walk, offering easy access to the city center and local attractions. Rotorua Airport (ROT) is a short 10-minute drive away. The Rotorua central business district is also a quick 10-minute drive away. Enjoy the freedom of exploring the region with ease, whether you prefer to drive, take a bus, or use a taxi.

Summary: Great location & clean tidy property - great service from the people looking after it who sorted a fridge issue immediately. The "plunge pool" is a very shallow hot pool - not so good for cooling down as I had expected - but the lakes are perfect for that!Would happily come stay again :)

Summary: This place was great for myself and my 4 teenage kids. It had lots of space to spread out and relax. Some of the appliances are getting a little tired, but they did the job. Kids enjoyed the thermal pool.

Summary: There was plenty of room for the whole family. It was nice and warm as we went in winter. The kitchen was lovely and had everything tou needed. If we were going to stay longer having the drying room would have come in handy. Plenty of parking and secure

Summary: We really enjoyed arriving to a lovely warm house after a wet,cold trip.The rooms were very spacious and we had everything we needed. This house is great for an extended family. There were a couple of issues when we first arrived but they were dealt with very promptly. We would be happy to recommend it.

Summary: The house was welcoming and warm upon arrival. Definitely enjoyed our stay here. Facilities were awesome everything you'd need well on holiday. Plunge pool could have been warmer, none of us swam the pool was to cold for the weather. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Well located Bach, plenty of space. Clean and bright. Well supplied with 'essentials' and included linen towels were good quality. Plunge pool is small and needs a coat of paint, but was clean and fun to use with the kids. The property itself is in need of some minor maintenance here and there, but was more than adequate for our needs. Generally recommended for larger families.
