2 Bedroom Apartment in Old Market, Omaha

This historic, 1,000 square foot loft, is located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market. Our 2 bed, 2 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Along with this great space is an onsite fitness center, natural lit atrium, and easy access to Old Market restaurants, shops and destinations. Just a little over a 15 minute walk to TD Ameritrade Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena (Swim Trials, Berkshire +more).
Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to TD Ameritrade Park and CHI Health Arena.
Atrium, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Lower-level arcade, Washer & Dryer and private entrance.
For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.
This loft features 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. In the master bedroom you'll find a spacious walk-in closet, private bathroom and queen bed. In the second room you'll find a queen bed, office desk and chair, and walk-in closet.
For in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable.
The living room space features ample seating, along with a comfy queen sleeper sofa.
The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.
An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.
Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.
Parking garages are available. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.
This is an atrium loft. The only windows in the unit look into the naturally lit atrium in the center of the building.

Summary: The apartment was perfect. Spacious, clean, comfortable. The location is fabulous - right in the heart of the Old Market. Walking distance to everything. My only “gripe” was the communication. No responses via VRBO inbox. I chatted with Vrbo and learned the rental was via a property management company and they don’t check the inbox. I was able to get the property management number and communication was great from that point onward. I’d definitely rent again.

Summary: This was a great overnight stay. We throughly enjoyed the space it was clean, close to everything! The only thing missing is 1 king… over all it was great and we would come back!

Summary: Relatively new 1 or 2 bedroom apartments in the heart of the Old Market in Omaha. Units were clean and adequately equipped for a couple of nights or a week or more. Price is less than many hotels in the area.

Summary: We were there as 2 moms with our daughters for a dance competition. We felt safe and the building was very secure. Good place with decent space. We did have to clean the coffee pot of old coffee and used grounds before we could use but everything else was amazing! Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.

Summary: There were a couple of little things I noticed like one tv remote was missing batteries, one bedroom apparently had a fire/smoke alarm pulled from the ceiling so there was just a hole there. One of the coffee packs was already opened by someone else before us, and there was no fire extinguisher in the kitchen. With all that being said, it was still great and I’d stay there again. It was a convenient location for our visit with plenty of room and the kids had fun in the arcade.
