A very new and charming cozy cottage. Centrally located on the island at the end of Steamboat Road. Shared pebbly beach frontage just steps away from the deck with beautiful southwest sunset views. There are chairs provided to sit on the beach and soak up the sun and salt air. Watch the lobstermen haul their traps or the seals play out front. With all the living space on one floor, this cottage is great for anyone who isn't wanting or able to do stairs. As you walk in you will find the living area that opens up to the kitchen. Enjoy views from both spots. You'll find a comfortable loveseat and two chairs for you to sit and watch the sunset while in the living room. Eat-in at night courtesy of the updated galley kitchen that boasts a full-size gas stove and refrigerator. There is also a small table with enough seating for two. As you walk down the hallway to the bedroom you will find a full bathroom with a standup shower. Once you make it to the bedroom there is ample closet space and a queen bed with a nice window to see the ocean from. Appreciate the charm of this small inexpensive cottage while still having great amenities such as cable TV, wireless internet, and a landline phone.

Summary: We had a very relaxing stay. The place is very clean and the bed is comfortable. We enjoyed being able to walk to the Giant Stairs and the general store. The views are wonderful from inside the cottage and outside on the porch and the beach. We watched the sunset every night.
