As you enter through the quaint covered bridge of this gated community, you will notice the abundance of nature all around you. Heavily wooded and home to a variety of wildlife, this retreat is nestled among trees for complete privacy. Located on a quiet cul- de- sac, this home opens to a view of a large pond, surrounded by owner maintained nature trails. The community marina and dock, as well as tennis/pickleball court are both a pleasant short walk away. When you enter this professionally decorated home, you are greeted with beautiful hardwood floors, a large fully stocked kitchen with ample room to gather in with family. A beautiful view of nature awaits you in the great room, enticing you further in. A large wrap around deck and lower level outdoor firepit beckon you to step outside. The main floor bedroom with an on suite awaits you as well as additional bedrooms ...all with spectacular views of tree canopies. More offerings of rest and relaxation can be found on the lower level of the home, with additional main bedroom with an on suite bathroom and two other bedrooms. The lower level also offers a pool table and separate entertaining space as well as access to the outside seating area and nature trails. Enjoy time with family and friends around the firepit, or take a walk to the pond where we invite you to fish (catch and release only please) Bring or rent a boat! This rental includes a complimentary slip at the community dock.

Summary: Perfect home for our group. Beautiful house and decor. So many tiny but nice features. Phone cable access in all rooms. The downstairs is just amazing. We enjoyed the firepit as the weather was perfect! I can’t say enough about this property! Our group WILL be back!

Summary: We had a 30th birthday party weekend. The house was wonderful. They had some power surges but Donna came over and helped us with all of our issues. She was very responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Summary: Beautiful home with plenty of room for all of us. Lots of places to sit & gather, both inside & out. Only 15 min away from the boat rental shop. I would definitely return.

Summary: It is a fantastic home, clean, spacious, and beautiful nestled in wooded hilly terrain. It is conveniently located for those wanting to hike and view waterfalls. We were there for 5 nights to attend family events in Travelers Rest (45 minute drive) and Pickens (less than 30 minutes drive). We were thrilled to see several deer on the property and listen to the wide variety of birds. I would love to stay in this home again.

Summary: Our family attended a wedding at the Reserve. While other family members rented on the Reserve property , for double the price, we were just around the corner. This house was immaculate and large enough to accommodate our family. It had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed it very much.

Summary: The house was amazing and so spacious. We had 7 adults and 2 children staying there and we had a blast, playing cards, playing pool, going down to the lake. We can’t wait to go back! Please remember to sign the guest book that we left so everyone can experience greatness.

Summary: This is a great house. We had extended family staying here for a Clemson graduation. 35 mins from campus. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Comfortable rooms and great common area for visiting with family. Definitely recommend!

Summary: If I could, I’d give it more than 5 stars! The house is spacious and spectacular. The host, Donna, is quick to reply to any questions or requests. The check in and check out process is so easy, and the house is well equipped! We were at Lake Keowee for a family wedding, so our time was brief, and we all wanted to stay longer.
