Positive: The house is spacious and a perfect fit for 5 friends. The place otside is very comfortable, especially for breakfast/dinner or staying in the evenings on sunset. The view is amazing. The location is great as 2 of the top 10 beaches are within walking distance. Still, you should have a car/motorbike to go to the nearest village for market

Negative: 1. There is no AC in the 2 sleeping rooms that are half in the ground, and it becomes not comfortable for us to sleep. 2. The water level is low, and on the first day of the stay, it was on the edge to be able to take a shower. Than it was fixed by the owner. 3. Half of our stay there was no WiFi at all, and the mobile data is not that good at that location. The problem was now fixed.
