Positive: Our room was situated in the older part of the hotel and had been beautifully renovated. Although there was not an elevator to the top floor, the room was certainly worth it. There was a lovely private balcony with two large cane chairs, perfect for an afternoon drink looking down the fjord. Excellent breakfast!

Negative: Trainee receptionist and breakfast wait staff could use further training and a more pleasant demeanour.
