Summary: Amazing stay, loved everything about our experience. Food was great, lots of activities, room was very nice and facilities of the hotel are great (pool, lounge and kids play area). We did the camel ride, morning walk, falcon show (kids loved this), star gazing and night marshmallows roasting. Overall a magical stay. We did two nights and kids were sad to leave. Can definitely recommend!

For my partner’s birthday, our room was transformed into a celebration with balloons in the colours of our national flag, intricate towel arrangements, and fresh flowers. Later, we were treated to a private dinner under the stars, illuminated in our national colours, complete with a romantic fire, marshmallows, and hot cocoa – an experience of the utmost charm and intimacy. The team’s warmth, courtesy, and discretion ensured that every moment felt special and personal. Highlights of our stay included a serene sunrise camel ride and the thrill of dune bashing at sunset, both orchestrated with seamless professionalism. This was not simply a holiday; it was an unforgettable experience, curated with elegance and genuine thoughtfulness.
