Positive: If I had to choose a word to describe this apartment it would simply be - wow!!! We live in the area but had friends coming to visit from out of the country and we all wanted to stay together. This might be the largest apartment I’ve ever seen in Brooklyn honestly. The location can not be any better if you want to be in a cool trendy popular Brooklyn area. Literally this corner of the park is the original Greenpoint. The apartment was decorated well, the only flaw was there are three bedrooms with 6 beds, and the dining table is for 4, and there is more than enough space to have a table for 6. The fact that they allow pets is honestly amazing. The pizza place down stairs is a fun vibe but if you’re coming to New York learn your pizza lol. The value for this was unbelievable. I would live here if they wanted to rent to me lol.
Negative: Dining table should be bigger, there’s a lot of kitchen things but none that you need, the kitchen tools could be better. For us the bed layout didn’t make sense, we had 4 adults and 2 kids. The primary was obviously adults but then our choice was two small separate beds with the bathroom or the large bunk bed with no bathroom. My fiancé and I slept separately because it made sense for us to have our own bathroom but this obviously won’t be everyone’s issue just ours.

Positive: many shops in short walking distance many restaurants in short walking distance subway just 30m on sidewalk lively quarter -the best in Brooklyn & near Williamsburg great views out of front windows :)
Negative: One more chair at the seating table, because we were a group of five. Could have been a folding one.
