This super breezy 3 bedroom villa, decorated in a modern Caribbean style, with views of the pools from your bed, boasts of technology to make your stay more enjoyable. The villa is equipped with piped music throughout both inside and outside around the pool, which can be played from either your phone or satellite stations for your listening pleasure while also allowing you to mute the rooms if quiet, is preferred. Added to this luxury, are one touch buttons that turns all lights on /off as well as appliances. Wherever the television is played experience the sounds similar to that of a home theatre system
Upon your entry to Samaan House the Home Button located in the foyer lights up the house whilst on your departure the Away Button shuts the house down. This feature is also customised in the master bedroom. For added security in this gated community we have provided external Security Cameras strategically placed . Upon confirmation you will be provided with wi fi pass words and codes for the keypads that opens the main doors,
Our fully equipped kitchen includes other modern amenities such as a wine chiller, dishwasher and double ovens. For those ever so popular “cooks”, there is a functional outdoor kitchen complete with barbecue grill and fire side stove for “wild meat “ occasions that we Caribbean people so love!
The Master bedroom features double sinks grounded in unpolished marble , a walk in closet along with a 55” Sony TV . Each bedroom has its own bath. One bedroom equipped with a PC in case work must be done .

Summary: My stay was amazing, everything about this place is worth every penny. Will definitely recommend to anyone who wants a safe, clean and relaxing place to stay. The manager was very helpful, and formative, very poor communication skills with the owner but other than that it was truly a great experience for me. I will be visiting again soon.

Summary: The home was beautiful, modern furniture and fixtures! Loved the spacious layout. All bedrooms had its own bathroom. The pool was lovely. The location was in close proximity to everything!

Summary: The property was lovely however we did have a few issues. Our property manager didn’t reply to messages or answer phone calls on the day our rental started so we didn’t know how to get access to the property. One of the doors was unlocked so entered the property that way and set off the alarm! Also the gate to the garden was broken and we had to go through the house to access the garden and pool etc. Overall we had a good stay as we love Samaan Grove and Tobago.

Summary: The property was as advertised. It is in a beautiful gated villa community with visible and cordial security. Contemporary furnished home with all the amenities, including a personal pool. Loved relaxing by the pool in the early morning and at night. Our only complaints are the lack of responsiveness from the property manager, the obvious grim and mold on some surfaces, the broken washing machine which meant we couldn’t clean our clothes or the towels the entire trip, and the lack of general cleanliness. We had to wash all the dishes before we used them. There was no hand soap, paper towel or cleaning products anywhere and just one roll of toilet paper per bathroom which meant we had to immediately turn around upon arrival and find a store so that the basics could be obtained. Tobago was an absolute dream! The beaches and boat tour were amazing! We would definitely stay at this property again but would be more prepared to clean upon arrival the next time.
