Positive: the interior design is ok

Negative: tissue isn’t provided. long wait for checking since only 1 person is in charge (and no deputy if they’re away). the duvet wasn’t using a cover and there’s hair from previous person staying. I couldn’t use the duvet. unsure when was the last time it was washed.
