Positive: Modern very well equipped house in a lovely location. Beautiful linen on the beds. Fabulous kitchen with modern appliances. So much china, glassware etc. Walking distance to a great pub, the beaches, the golf course, the shop. Parking right outside for two cars. Home from home.

Negative: The property location is quite isolated, it is in a small village but not much else within walking distance so a car is needed to get around.
