Summary: The pictures were representative of the apartment. It was comfortable and spacious. The a/c units in each bedroom window were perfect. I had to ask for the check-in and check-out instructions, but the owner responded quickly. My only critique is that the hot water would run out (e.g., even when taking a shower for fewer than 10 min, the water would turn from lukewarm to cool for the person taking a shower afterwards, so the 2nd person would have to wait a little bit for a fully hot shower).

Summary: Travis was incredibly responsive to any inquiries we made about the property. You’re super close to downtown Newmarket and Durham and only 15-20 min from Portsmouth. You can’t beat the price for this location!

Summary: Very quiet and comfortable place to stay. We rented the apartment while waiting to close on our home and it was the perfect place. Travis was very communicative and great to work with. The apartment is well provisioned and the beds are comfortable. It is removed from town so super quiet. I would recommend this place to stay.

Summary: Property was clean and super quiet- had a kitchen with utensils, dinnerware- everything you’d need when away from home. Host was great w/ communication. Great location for the Seacoast- easy to get everywhere- Portsmouth, Dover, Durham- grocery stores nearby, great food options.
