Our 5 bedrooms (including two family-friendly suites), three living areas, fully-stocked kitchen and decked-out Game Room make our home perfect for multiple families and large groups alike.
The Space:
Enjoy our outdoor living space, which is complete with a double-decker wrap-around porch, ample lounge seating, a BBQ grill, two dining areas, a fire pit and of course - access to Beaver Lake! Whether you choose to take an afternoon dip in Beaver Lake or admire the amazing Arkansas views from the porch, we promise you'll leave Timber Ridge Lodge feeling relaxed and rested.

The space:
Upon entering our home, the first thing you'll notice is our stunning log cabin walls, vaulted ceilings and MASSIVE floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Beaver Lake. In our main living space you'll find an overstuffed sectional, lounge chairs, our natural wood gas fireplace, a 65-inch Vizio Smart TV and, of course, breathtaking views of the Ozark Mountains. To the right of our living room, you'll see our open-concept kitchen and dining area. Our dining table can seat up to 10 people and we also have three barstools at the kitchen island. Our fully-stocked kitchen is the perfect place to creating your favorite meals or baked goods.
Upstairs, you'll find our loft area, which features a seating area, 50-inch Vizio Smart TV, desk area and retro game console with Contra, Kage, Super Mario and Pacman. Downstairs, you'll find our Game Room. This space features a ping pong table, board games, 58-inch Visio Smart TV and a door leading to our lower patio.
At the end of the day, settle into one of our nine luxury beds. Choose from (1) Our first Master bedroom is complete with a King bed, closet, 36-inch Vizio Smart TV, a door leading to the patio and en suite bath. (2) Our second Master bedroom has a King bed, dresser, 50-inch Vizio Smart TV, a door leading to the patio and en suite bath. (3-4) Through a door in our second Master bedroom, you'll find our first set of Twin bunkbeds with a hand-painted mountain mural and string lights. (5) Our fourth bedroom is complete with a King bed, hanging rack, 50-inch Vizio Smart TV, a door leading to the patio and en suite bath. (6-7) Through a door in our fourth bedroom, you'll find our second set of Twin bunkbeds in our starry night-themed room. (8) In our loft, you'll find a Queen bed as well as a seating area, trunk for storage,35-inch Vizio Smart TV, desk area and retro game console. (9) Finally, in our Game Room, you'll find our queen-size pullout couch.
Our outside living area is the highlight of our home. Directly off the kitchen and dining area, you'll find a sliding glass door leading to our MASSIVE, double-decker wrap around porch. On the top level, you'll have access to BBQ grill, two dining areas and multiple seating areas. Access the lower deck by walking around the house or exiting through the glass door in the Game Room. Here, you'll be able to enjoy one of our multiple seating areas and swings. Head out into the yard to warm up around the fire pit while lounging in one of our Adirondack chairs.
And, of course, you'll have access to Beaver Lake from our backyard!Take the kayaks down to the water for a relaxing ride!

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. **Please note the nearby community dock/ramp are for POA members only and cannot be accessed by guests**.

Please note the neighboring house is undergoing a remodel and there may be construction noises throughout the day.
House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000.
Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400. There is a 3-pet maximum.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
