Positive: great location for shopping, restaurants all within few minutes away. backyard patio very relaxing, enjoyed the golf course view and fed the ducks that came up to the backyard gorgeous hallway half bath
Negative: internet connection was poor and the house is older so very fragile doors where hard to open on patio and you had to be very gentle with everything else also didn’t like the wall paintings, the one hanging in dining area was a little creepy to look at

Positive: Browsing booking.com we were looking for a comfortable place in woodlands close to the places we need to visit in Houston and far away enough to the trafic
Negative: The property is great, in a nice place with golf course view, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the host waa always on th phone. The kitchen has everything you need. To improve the outside deck needs a bbq. The location is fantastic if you want to relax too.

Positive: I can't recommend this anymore highly. It was the most enjoyable stay that I have had in many, many years. Excellent location to easily get to wherever you want to go in the Woodlands. So peaceful watching the ducks by the lake on the golf course just off the back deck in the morning. Ferre is a great host answering any questions and taking care of any concerns immediately. Definitely everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Negative: Absolutely nothing.
