Positive: Liked that the property was close to a grocery store

Negative: The smell of pinesol was so strong in our room that I had a headache all night. I realize they use it for cleaning but it was REALLY strong. They advertise a Chinese restaurant but it’s for take out only and the food was cold when we got it. Even though our room was about 10 steps from where we picked it up. There was a wired coffee maker in the room and not instructions on how to use it. The beds were old and not very comfortable. There was no heat or air conditioner in the room that we could control. Overall not really happy.

Summary: I felt for the time of year (off season) I did not consider it a good deal for what you get.
