Chestnut Mountain Nature Park is a unique nature-based park where you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, picnicking, and other family outdoor activities, just 3 miles from Tin Cup. Golfers will love the location of Tin Cup, numerous courses within a 6 to 15-mile radius, including the nearby Springdale Resort Golf at Cold Mountain, in Asheville, Waynesville, and Maggie Valley. For a day off from outdoor activities, The Biltmore House and Downtown Asheville are just 20 miles from Tin Cup, making it a convenient base for exploring Western North Carolina. Tin Cup offers easy access to scenic back roads, allowing you to avoid the interstate and enjoy a more leisurely drive through the beautiful countryside. Come explore!
Tin Cup is also pet-friendly, accommodating up to 2 dogs under 30 lbs each.
A well-behaved dog may be permitted by the owner, provided the dog is crated when left alone.We also require that dogs not be allowed on all beds and furniture nor scratching flooring and crated when left alone. Provided towels and linens are NOT for pet use, please be a responsible pet owner; pet owners who do not follow the rules are subject to additional cleaning fee. Respecting these guidelines enables us to continue to offer a home for pets and their families. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 is required prior to arrival. Prior approval is required to bring more than one dog and an additional pet fee will be required to be paid. We will request the additional monies after the reservation is confirmed.
IF ANY PET IS BROUGHT TO THE PREMISES WITHOUT RECEIVING PRIOR APPROVAL AND/OR THE $150 PER PET FEE BEING PAID, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $500 PET PENALTY FOR EACH UNAUTHORIZED PET AND SUBJECT TO BEING ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY!

Please note that NO GLASSWARE OR BOTTLES are permitted in or around the hot tub. Additionally, do not use bath bombs, additives, or any other substances in the hot tub, as they can damage the equipment and pose safety risks.

Summary: Property management was very helpful and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the hot tub, fireplace, games, and kitchen appliances. I would like to mention that we found the walking shower small, so it was not very accommodating for the elderly. I would definitely recommend the ten cup hideaway for a younger family to visit.

Summary: This is a wonderful property for anyone wanting a private setting in a quiet, established neighborhood. Attractions in downtown Canton are close (my favorites included Bearwaters Brewing and Papertown Coffee) and the mountains, Asheville and surrounding communities are but a short drive away. The folks at Sunburst Realty are fantastic and had the property in perfect shape when I moved in for my month-long stay. Communications with them were excellent, and they even called to offer me help during a brief power outage after a severe area storm. That certainly showed excellent attentiveness to my overall experience! The home itself is really comfortable with a private porch out back. It reminded me of my Arizona childhood home in many ways. I would definitely stay at this property again, and my guests agreed that it was the perfect choice among many on my list.
