Everything in this beautiful park model, aka tiny home, is brand new. Cabinets, flooring, lighting, fans, appliances and furnishings. Our home is located in a gated community with a manned gate 24/7. We are located very near the pool and laundry facilities. Close to theme parks, shopping and restaurants.
We are a few days away from completion of the remodeling but I wanted to get the listing up so it would be available for rent by Thanksgiving. There are just a few items left to do, such as, a new tile back splash in the kitchen, microwave to be installed, handles to be installed on drawers and cabinets and the TV to be set up. I will post more pictures when everything is completed.
This community used to be a Yogi Bear Jellystone Campground. It comes with a large Y shaped pool as proof of it's history. In the late 70's it was turned into a more permanent housing development for park models and RV's. Most of the residents who live here are either permanent or snow birds.
There is a pool, kiddie pool and playground near by. The space is very tiny so is perfect for one to two people, or two adults and one child. It can accommodate on person sleeping on the couch. Extra pillows are in the shams and there is an extra blanket in the bedroom closet.
WIFI login will be supplied prior to check-in. The TV is a smart TV and has Netflix and Amazon hooked up for your use. Please feel free to set up any other apps that you subscribe too.

Summary: I was in town for some flying training and this unit worked out great. It was a good place to relax after an instructional flight and it was quiet for my book study. I liked that there was security controlling entry. If I come to the area again I wouldn't hesitate to stay here.

Summary: My sister and I rented this property for a spring break to get away March 2023. The property is exactly as it is listed. It is a tiny home. It looks identical to the photos. The property was clean. It smelled OK. The yard is very nice. The washer and dryer in the shed are also a very nice accommodation and having a full kitchen with pans and pots and seasonings was also a nice addition to save money for an Orlando getaway. My sister and I truly enjoyed the city of Apopka that we stayed in. The springs and state parks were a highlight of us checking out the area and the wildlife drive was also a highlight of this area. The location of this rental is in driving distance to Orlando such as Disney and Universal, however, be prepared for traffic because it was heavy when we were there. The downsides of this rental is the resort that it resides in. There is no evidence of where the tiny home is located and I feel that that is very important. This is a residential/Snowbird community however, most of the people there are residents. I felt very intrusive on their lifestyle as I learned more about the people that lived there. It says that it is gated however, the gating process is not very secure as the people running the gate are the people that live at the community. The community itself is very rundown and for lack of a better word pour. If I had looked up the Google reviews of the resort before I stayed there, I never would have stayed there. The name of the resort at this location is is Clarcona resort. I highly suggest you Google this location before you choose to stay there. We never got in the pool because the pool was closed but once we saw the condition that the people around us were living in, we did not feel comfortable swimming in the pool. At one point my sister and I went for a walk around the resort just to see the area we were staying in, and we realized how dirty unmanaged and neglected this resort truly is. While I can’t say for sure because I never saw anything. I did leave the location with bites on my ankles and felt like something was crawling on me in the bed. I did reach out to the property owner at one point before I left to let her know that we were leaving and that she should probably bug bomb and she never once acknowledged my concerns therefore well the property itself was very nice I will probably never stay there again.

Summary: Not the biggest space, but comfortable for my wife and I. Adona was very pleasent to deal with and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The fenced in yard was a plus given the amount of traffic. Conveniently located near all amenities. Being close to the unheated pool was awesome when it was 30⁰C. Can't Waite to go back next year. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: Communication was the best thing about this experience. We had a hiccup checking in and the owner immediately addressed it and helped us out. The location was far enough away that we didn’t feel congested to traffic but close enough for us to UBER to the parks. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: Nice property and cute little place for my husband and I to stay at. We loved how quiet it was at night and even during the day. It is a little farther than we thought from the theme parks, but we were able to adjust our schedule accordingly for the time. Laundry ammenitites were great and right on the property. Adona was quick to respond when we had questions as well.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Apopka FL. The mobile unit was just the right size for 2 adults it was clean and located to the front of the community. Everything was as promoted in the VRBO. We will book with you again on our next stay. Thank you for making this a very pleasnt trip.
