The Mapleleaf Tiny House is a farmhouse styled home in the countryside. While you are living small, it is designed to make the space feel large with a beautiful outdoor patio only steps from the front door. We hope that you feel at home and at peace here.
Inside, it features a loft room with a queen-sized bed, a bathroom with a shower, a bar-styled dining nook, an equipped kitchen, and a living room with a sofa bed (please know this sofa bed is small and probably only suitable for children :). All sheets, pillows, and bedding are provided with your stay, and we hope you will enjoy the fan and low lighting in the loft while you sleep. The bathroom is furnished with towels and soap, and the kitchen includes cooking utensils for four people. The Mapleleaf's living room has easy access to a TV as well as books and other forms of entertainment. The patio has a firepit and landscaping to experience the outdoors steps away from your home. Summary: Overall our stay at the maple leaf was easily amazing. The tiny home sits on beautiful property which so when you wake up and looking out to see that East TN Sun rising it warms the heart. Truly as a tiny home you expect it to be more crappy but this had the perfect amount of space. We adored this tiny place. Our host was out of the country which made checking in slightly difficult at that moment however situation was resolved and all turned out fine. We will definitely be considering staying here again the next time we are back in town!

Summary: It was overall a great stay me and my wife were disappointed because the water heater went out while we were there but that was just bad luck and I’m sure they will fix it. It was a wonderful stay other than that. Great little neighborhood. Great views and a wonderful little place to stay.

Summary: What a wonderful stay!!! Far enough from Knoxville, yet close enough to Knoxville. It had everything we needed and the property was gorgeous inside and out! We will definitely be staying there again!

Summary: The place is beautiful and the listing is accurate. The only issues we had were ants that had made their way in from a storm the night before, which the property owner said would have addressed immediately. We also couldn’t seem to get the WiFi to connect to our phones the whole stay. This could be operator error, but it would connect and then drop and say unable to connect. Those are minor issues though, the overall stay was amazing and we had a blast.
