Positive: This charming Tiny Villa became our true home during our stay in Greece. Tony, the delightful host, welcomed us upon arrival like family. The cottage is beautiful, tiny, and spotlessly clean, equipped with absolutely everything you need not only for a holiday but for life in general. It's perfect, and you won't find a better deal in Heraklion. We lacked for nothing; Tony even gifted us with delicious Greek wine and phenomenal homemade olive oil. We spent our time in this cozy cottage, looked after by Tony, who was always there for us, and the cats, whom we adore, made our time even more enjoyable. We were delighted and will definitely return to Tony's cottage in the future. We already miss him, thank you for everything, and see you soon!
Summary: We didn't want to leave at all and we already want to go back!

Positive: If you're looking for privacy and calm away from the busy center, then the village of Gazi where Tiny Villa is located is for you. The accommodation is really tiny, but it's very pleasant and you have everything you need there and around you (e.g. supermarket, bus stop, car rental, gas station, good restaurants (especially down to Ammoudara Beach) - If you go straight down to the coast you'll find the beach and lots of good restaurants (eg. Thigaterra and ALSUS).
Negative: Just a minor comment: They provided two bicycles - which was very useful - but they weren't very comfortable.

Positive: Great host, great property! This is the first time through my travels that I met a host who does it not for the money but for the love of meeting and hosting people as a fellow traveller himself. As for the property, the name says it. It is a tiny house with all the basic necessities that someone would need. The terrace is great.
Negative: The neighbourhood is calm, but outside the centre of Heraklion. The infrastructure around is not great for walking, so a car is recommended.

Positive: This little house is really fantastic, it has all the comforts and we had a great time. Tony is a helpful and kind owner. The house is located in a convenient place in the city and close to services despite being in a quiet street. We had a car and there is a convenient parking space inside the gate. We found cleanliness and care, a warm greeting to Tony 🤗

Positive: The tiny villa is super cute! It is fully equipped (fridge, stove, oven, laundry, shower, bbq, bikes, and more). The location is a short (10 mins) walk down to the waterfront, and a quick drive to downtown Heraklion. Everything was perfect!
