Positive: Villa is lovely, great views of mountains and sea from large bedroom, balconies and living area. Spyros was super responsive to any issues we had, fixing the air-con remotely within minutes and getting plumbers sent round first thing the next morning for a leaky toilet. Location is great, just 10min drive to supermarket and 15min drive to Heraklion for port/ airport/ beaches/ tourist area. Was a great base to explore North/East Crete.
Negative: Washing machine leaked and although it still worked thankfully, the bathroom was constantly flooded. I did report this but it wasn't fixed during our stay. This meant I was regularly washing towels to keep on top of the flood! Pool was constantly full of insects and we didn't have access to net to clean it so had to use a cup! I appreciate outdoor pools get dirty quick but this pool became too dirty to swim in a few days after the weekly clean.

Positive: Our staying was perfect and the hosts were there to help us with everything we needed. The villa was spacious and felt like home. Also, the pool was amazing and the view of the sunset from the balcony was breathtaking.
