Positive: This was a really cute place to stay. It is run by a family who are great at communication and have their own boat to pick you up and take you to town. They were extremely friendly and made sure they all came to pick us up and to drop us off. They also offer dinner that is affordable and they bring it to your room. They offer a tour that takes you to one of the islands on Uros where they show you how the islands are made and have hand made crafts you can purchase. There was no WiFi when we went, BUT there was cell service so we’re able to use our phones and even download a movie on Netflix. Overall it was a great experience!
Negative: There was no large outlet for laptops, so it might not be the best if you are traveling for work and need a constant source. They do have an outlet for chargers and have a lightning cable and USB C they can provide for you. It’s the perfect getaway for couples. They might be working on this since they are also building another unit. It was a bit cold when we went, but there is an outdoor patio heater that they placed inside. Also tons of blankets to keep you warm.
Summary: A cute getaway perfect for couples with great staff. A cute homestyle place with a lovely family to accommodate you!

Positive: We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was spacious; the beds were comfortable, and the view of the lake was amazing, especially at sunrise and sunset. Yonathan and his lovely family were very friendly, and made our stay very memorable. The breakfast is delicious.

Positive: The property was clean and very charming. Thew view and the hosts were exceptional! I’d definitely go back!
Negative: The only downside is the cold at night, but the blankets were very warm that I slept well and didn’t feel the cold as long as I stayed under the bed sheets.

Positive: Absolutely stunning, such a magical place to stay. Yonatan and his family were so welcoming and accommodating. The food they prepared was delicious and they provided us with lots of tea and coffee throughout the day. Yonatan picked us up and dropped us off no problem, even when we had to leave at 5am for our bus! Communication was great and we had a lovely lovely time! We even decided to have a little swim on the lake and Yonatan helped pull us out! A lot of places on the lake have reviews about being cold, this wasn’t the case at Yonatan’s place, they have a gas heater, lots and lots of blankets and gave us hot water bottles so it was really quite toasty. The was a problem with the toilet flush whilst we were there but Yonatan provided us with a bucket flush immediately so really wasn’t a problem.
Negative: Nothing, our stay was perfect. Thank you!

Positive: We had a fantastic stay and the family made us feel at home and went the extra mile for my boyfriends’ birthday, which we really appreciate. We had a stay in paradise and really enjoyed our time at the lodge! Also breakfast was plenty! We very much recommend this beautiful place if you are looking for a romantic escape 🤍
