Summary: We stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at Titicaca Origins Peru. It was a perfect blend of rustic and modern. Wilbur and Delia were wonderful hosts and provided us with the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable while at the same time allowing us to enjoy a Uros experience. The room was very clean and the bed so comfortable. They also set up an excursion to Taquile Island. The continental breakfast was satisfying and the dinners were tasty Peruvian meals. I highly recommend this place!

Summary: Great stay with very kind hosts. This is a B&B type lodging where a married couple (Adelia and Wilmar) caters to your needs. You'll sleep in a comfortable hut on the island with more amenities than you'd imagine was possible while staying on a floating island: Hot water, running water, in-room propane heater, compositing toilet. Adelia and her sister serve tasty simple meals. Wilmar will shuttle you to/from the mainland and take you on a quick tour on his reed boat. The couple has done an amazing job creating everything on the island. The island itself, the solar panels, water pumps, drainage, fish farm, huts, etc. were all built by them. I had a wonderful time learning about their way of life and enjoying the breathtaking (literally and figuratively) views.

Summary: Our stay was unforgettable. The hosts are so kind and accommodating, and it was such an enriching experience to get to know them and experience their culture for a day. The rooms are very beautiful, and the homemade dinner was delicious. This was without a doubt our best overnight stay during our 3 week trip in Peru.

Summary: Our stay here was very nice. The view from our room and balcony was beautiful & very peaceful. The family was so nice and helpful. The food they made was tasty. We ate breakfast and dinner twice. It was such a unique stay that I’d recommend. It gets chilly at night but wear layers and you are fine. They bring hot water bottles to keep you warm. I would also recommend charging your electronics before coming because we didn’t have an outlet in our room to charge but we had a charge pack with us so it wasn’t an issue.
