Summary: I came late and very tired from a train trip. At the reception the girl gave me a room oppgrade:) I came to this room, very pretty, big, comfortable and with a huge and comfy bed. I got there just in time to see an amazing sunsert. I ordered food from the sushi restaurant and it was delicious. The matcha cake was one of the best desserts I had:)

Summary: Fantastic hotel, the pool was a bit busy with kids playing but nothing outrageous, the sauna was nice. Lovely sticks and sushi restaurant on the top floor. Room was great, only small complaint was that there was a sign about re-using the towels which I wanted to do to be a bit more environmentally friendly, but they took the towels away anyway. No big deal though

Summary: Our stay this time was far from amazing. We stayed for 4 nights and inspite of reminders our room was not serviced and cleaned even once. They just replaced our towels once late evening as we had put them on the floor expecting room cleaning. Even next day no services. Our room was at the end of the corridor far from the elevator though we had booked reasonably in advance. Felt pretty let down.

Summary: Hotel are ok with a nice roof bar. but the breakfast very bad. Sour toppings/spread. Only coarse bread, white bread impossible to get.

Summary: All was good except the bread in the breakfast buffet. Boring bake of and some of it dry. Variation and Quality of other food in the buffet was good.

Summary: Apparently we were upgraded. So instead of a double bed that I booked we were given a twin room with beds pushed together. The room was small even though we were told it was bigger than the room booked. This I didn’t believe but as it included access to the 12th floor lounge we decided not to query it and go with the flow instead. A bottle of Cava was given to us on arrival too which was nice as it was our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay.
