Positive: Fantastic location and a beautiful big apartment. From it, we could walk everywhere in central Copenhagen. Well furnished with good quality furniture. It's near the main train station and almost next to Tivoli. It was even possible to see the Tivoli fireworks from the windows. Everything was very clean when we arrived.
Negative: Like others have said, be aware it is a penthouse apartment in an old building with no lift so you need to be ready to carry your luggage up 5 flights of stairs. A little disappointed it was not possible to leave the luggage ahead of check in time since there seemed to be plenty of space. However there was a shop with a luggage storage facility very nearby. Some fittings could do with a little maintenance but this did not detract from the experience.
Summary: Great long weekend in Copenhagen.

Negative: No elevator. Bathroom badly needs renovation: Moldy joints, broken lock. Kitchen did not even have basics, like coffee or a welcome bottle of water. Not very clean. Doors and curtains dirty or stained.
Summary: Roomy, but not exclusive 5th floor apartment, not one would expect for a “penthouse”

Positive: Beautiful apartment, great layout, modern, fresh, clean Lockbox - on your own schedule, easy Great for open spaces, can also close spaces 10/10 location
Negative: Lots of stairs Would have been nice for extras and basics i.e. foil, oil Bathroom floor got very wet - layer of water across floor after every shower

Positive: The apartment has nice big rooms. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen ist well equipped. Location is ok, it needs a 10min walk to the city center where you have nice cafes and everything.
Negative: The bathroom definitely needs improvement. It is ugly and cold. And for an apartment of this size a guest toilette would be beneficial.
