The TLC Beachhouse is the perfect large group accommodation, sleeping up to 21 people! Offering 9 Bedrooms, 2 Kitchens, 4 Bathrooms and 3 Decks. Located in the North Shuswap, right on Shuswap Lake.....one of BC's most sought after Vacation Destinations! Wake up to stunning views of Shuswap Lake out the large picture windows of this house, sipping on your morning coffee on the deck, then step down to your own private Beachfront! Coming with a boat? Take advantage of your very own personal Dock and Buoy!! Use of a Kayak and Canoe as well to add some exciting activity to your day!
In this grand 9 bedroom home, you will find 3 levels.
> On the TOP LEVEL there's a big open concept Kitchen/Living/Dining area and 2 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Double bed with a single overhead bunk, and there's a full main 2nd Bathroom on this level as well. A good sized deck with a BBQ and Patio seating is just off the Kitchen through the patio doors overlooking the Lake!
> The MIDDLE LEVEL you can find another large main area with a big Kitchen/Living/Dining area, great for entertaining with family and friends! There is 4 bedrooms on this level. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed with a full Bathroom (with tub) just outside in the hall, along with a 2nd Bunk room set up with 3 Bunk Beds. You will find a 3rd Queen Lakeview bedroom and a 4th Double Lakeview bedroom on this level too. There's also a main Bathroom (with Shower) and a spacious Deck off the Kitchen Patio doors equipped with a charcoal BBQ and Patio seating, again overlooking the beautiful Shuswap Lake!
> The LOWER LEVEL acts as a great place for more sleeping accommodations with its 3 extra bedrooms. There is a Double Lakeview bedroom and 2 more smaller bedrooms with single beds. There is no plumbing or Bathrooms on this floor, but serves as a perfect spot to gather with your group on those hot days spent outdoors as just outside this level is a deck and beyond that... your private beachfront! There is a Bar area with Fridge just inside the door off the deck that is great to keep snacks and beverages for your beach days!
The kitchens both have a fridge, stove and dishwasher and are fully stocked with everything you need to cook a nice meal. All bedding and everyday consumables provided for comfort and convenience! Supplies we provide are toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, dish and hand soap, laundry soap and fabric sheets, dish scrubber, cleaner, coffee and filters, tea, sugar, flour, cooking oil, foil and some common cooking spices.
Many amenities and things to do in the area! Beaches are everyone's must-have and lucky for you, this property is situated right on the beach! The Marina is only 10 minutes away as well, where they offer a store, boat slips, boat launch and water rentals. We are central to many other activities such as fishing, Celista Winery, hiking trails, Adams River Rafting, and of course...Shuswap Lake! Jump on the boat and take a cruise to the Floating store and Pub in the Narrows, a trip to Copper Island or even the Rope Swing!
In the Winter, come stay within 15 minutes drive from the Staging area at the awesome Sledding Destination ...Crowfoot Mountain! Awesome riding! 28km of marked, groomed and ungroomed trails for intermediate to expert riders, with 3 day-use Chalets

Summary: We enjoyed our 5 night stay and hope to come back in 2 years for our next family Christmas. The house was exactly as advertised. Some beds more comfy than others, but overall, well furnished and all necessary amenities for prepping meals for a large family gathering.

Summary: Big, bright, spacious, clean, uncluttered, tastefully decorated. Lots of big windows to capitalize on the view. Open concept really facilitates visiting. Surprized at how quiet the neighbourhood is, even though there is considerable traffic along that road. LOTS of spaces to store our belongings - dressers, closets, shelves, etc. 2 big, clean, newer fridges. Big laundry room with 2 washers and dryers. A wall of shelves with lots of towels. High chair and safety gate for toddlers for anyone who needs those things. Manager had good communication and immediately took care of a concern! Lots of life jackets and adequate water toys. I think we can all agree with one of our young granddaughters, "Mummy, this is the best holiday, ever!"

Summary: We stayed at the TLC beach house for a staycation / golf trip and it was awesome! This house is exactly as advertised and comes with everything you’ll want and need – Stereo, TV, board games, beach gear, a kayak and more. There are three floors, with two full kitchens that are ideal for large families or groups. The house is right on the water and has incredible views from every level. The house is a short drive to Scotch Creek, the HUB pub and Talking Rock Golf Course. Adell is very easy to work with and relays all important information in a timely manner. This place was perfect for our local getaway and we will be returning.

Summary: We had a great time at the lake house. There was a large group of us and there was just enough space for us. Thankfully no one had to stay in the basement level that had 2 other rooms. The basement level was dark and smelled a bit like mould. We never spent any time down there except to get to the lake. This home is older along with the furniture. The house was very clean and organized. Fully stock kitchen with everything you would need. The home is right on the lake. Unfortunately the water completely covered the entire beach area and partially the stairs that led to the house. We were really looking forward to having a fire on the beach which didn’t happen because of the water. The water was extra high this season which was not the normal. The owner provided a whole garage full of water toys which was very generous. We took advantage of most of the toys and the kids and adults had a blast with them. We had a great time and we would stay again. Thank you Adel!
