Our condo and area was NOT affected by the fires on the West side of Maui. We never had any damage or fire or smoke. Our harbor is open, the rest of Maui is open.
This condo has everything....and more.... you need for your stay in Maui. The bedroom features a king size bed. Tile shower, granite kitchen countertops, new pull out couch mattress and the best a new split a/c system with a separate unit right in the bedroom!
Ocean! Ocean! Ocean! Nothing stands between you and the big blue Pacific! Turtles a plenty at the waters edge...and you don't need to go any further than your lanai to see and enjoy! Gaze at the sunrise as it comes up over Haleakala and end your day taking in the spectacular Maui scenery! Don't forget about the whales in the winter...there's been a sighting already.
Our one bedroom, one bath condominium sleeps 4 pretty comfortably with one king size bed and a pullout couch. Located on the fourth floor, this unit affords awesome ocean front and mountain views that you cannot get in many other locations. Delight in watching the whales as they frolic in the ocean right in front of the condo!! Whale season is from November - May, a great time to be in Ma'alaea!
There's a/c in every room....including the bedroom and on continuous hot water system so no shower needs to wait for water warm up.
An amazing place to get away from it all - no matter what the occasion! Enjoy your home away from home that has everything you need! Just bring your swim suit and some sunscreen and you're set!

Summary: This condo was very well located and had the thing most important to us, a fabulous view from our patio. Being on the 4th floor and situated as it was, our patio was comfortably out of the wind and we spent hours out there.The host for this property is excellent and srguably the best we have experienced..

Summary: Loved the quiet area. It was a great central location. The condo was very nicely set up. Saw turtles right out front in the water, and we also saw a monk seal.

Summary: My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I don't think we could have been closer to the water. My husband said that it was actually loud...kidding. The condo is exactly as pictured. Very clean and well-appointed. Communication with the host was fantastic. The condo is very well located. We threw the beach chairs, cooler and umbrella in the rental car and just explored each day. And yes we could see the turtles even from the balcony!!! A++++++

Summary: My niece and I stayed at this vacation condo in early September, and it was an unforgettable experience! The breathtaking view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, and we loved watching turtles swimming in the water below. The condo itself was very comfortable making it easy to relax and unwind. A wonderful surprise was the delicious banana bread in the welcome gift basket – such a thoughtful touch! The upgraded balcony table, which now seats four, came in handy when family visited one day. And the washer dryer was so nice to have so we came home with everything clean. The manager was immediately available by phone to resolve a minor issue arose. Overall, we had an amazing stay and as we were leaving my niece said we had to return to this unit again! Highly recommend!

Summary: First time in Maui and we had the best view!!! Not only can you enjoy the turtles when they come within the rocks below, but you can watch the sunrise every morning from behind Haleakalā Mountain, watch whales breach in the bay in February, and enjoy the sounds of the ocean anytime you desire. Wow! The lanai/view alone was worth the trip! The bedroom windows look out at the green lush west Maui mountain range. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Location was great. We will definitely stay here again!!

Summary: The lanai is very peaceful and relaxing in the morning and a perfect location to watch the amazing sunrises. We spotted a few whale flippers. Having binoculars was beneficial to viewing. The place was comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay there. Mahalo.

Summary: We have stayed in this area once before and loved the neighborhood and central location. This condo was perfect! Great view, great condo. Everything was very very easy. Condo was well stocked and very clean and comfortable. We will stay here again the next time we are in Maui.

Summary: The views were amazing. Almost every day we would see turtles along the shore and whales in the bay. The location was centric for everything we wanted to do. We had a rental car so we had planned to drive to numerous sites. This property provided one parking spot in a parking garage (with roof) which was very convenient. We simply took the elevator from the basement to the 4th floor to reach the property. The property provided plenty of room for us to spread out including our dive gear. The kitchen was well appointed and included everything we needed for coffee in the mornings. Located within walking distance were restaurants, small stores, a gas station, and tours leaving the harbor next door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
