Toddy Haven is a brand new year round lakeside condo. It is one of 3 Havens situated among evergreens just 100 feet from the shore. Enjoy cooking fresh Maine lobster and blueberry pie in a full kitchen, or grill in the open air on a gas grill. Experience the sun setting over the pond while listening to loons call. The condo is 7/10s of a mile from Route 1 on the way to Bar Harbor or Acadia National Park.
From Toddy Haven you are strategically located to discover the wonders of coastal Maine. The living room is the perfect place to sit and relax after a day of adventure in Acadia or kayaking right on the pond, while you watch your favorite program on a 60" 4K flat screen with Sling TV. Listening to the loon calls from the dock or from the spacious deck gives a sense of tranquility any time of day; especially while watching the sun set over the pond.
You can rest comfortably on a king-sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen-size bed with a twin trundle in the 2nd bedroom. There is a full bath with shower/tub combo located between the two bedrooms.
Water comes from a fresh water drilled well, so reliance on lake water is unnecessary.
Guests for our 3Havens have shared private access to the dock and swim platform. Each unit has its own fire pit area and free use of 2 kayaks and a canoe (a waiver of liability must be signed for usage). Because of the cold season here in Maine, the dock goes in the lake the 2-3rd week of May and is removed the 1st week of November.
Toddy Haven is furnished with a full kitchen, 1 full bath, and sleeps up to 5. Cozy Haven has 1 1/2 baths, a full kitchen and sleeps up to 7. Rocky Haven, our larger cottage, is a home away from home with washer/dryer, dishwasher and sleeps up to 8.
While Toddy Haven is brand new and is furnished with a full kitchen, 1 full bath, and sleeps up to 5, Rocky Haven is a home away from home with washer/dryer and dishwasher and sleeps up to 8. Cozy Haven has 1 1/2 baths, a full kitchen and sleeps up to 7. You can find each of them on Airbnb.
No pets are allowed on our properties due to family members with severe asthma issues. No exceptions.
All-wheel vehicles are necessary for coming down the driveway near Toddy Haven. For vehicles not equipped for grades there is another unload area near Rocky Haven above the steps and parking is available on the upper driveway near the big oak tree.

Summary: We absolutely loved this place! Our only complaint was the water heater took a little too long to kick on. Now that I gave you our one very minor thing, believe me when i say youbwill love it here. The lake is beautiful and plenty rhat Mark and Laurie offer to do here. They are tremendously friendly and have a smooth operation. The haven was so nicely done and stocked with everything we needed. We were so relaxed and the time flew by!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was comfortably furnished with everything that we needed. Right up from the pond. We didn't take advantage of the kayaks or canoes but the fishing was excellent and the water was warm.

Summary: Just spent an incredibly fun and relaxing long weekend with my 4 adult siblings at this amazing property on Toddy Pond. It was the perfect gathering spot for our sister's birthday celebration, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. Mark & Laurie could not have been more welcoming or helpful (both before and during our stay), always responding with lightning speed to any questions we had and offering suggestions on everything from where to buy lobsters and steamers to best time of day to kayak/canoe on beautiful Toddy Pond. The Toddy Haven unit is sparkling new, spacious and well-stocked with all the essentials you could possibly need for your stay (dishes, utensils, pots/pans including a huge lobster pot, blender, toaster, storage containers, paper goods, foil and plastic wrap, trash bags, etc.). The open lay-out of the main living area was perfect for hanging out together at night -- with the pool table a fun addition! We ate all our meals on the huge covered deck which runs the length of the unit with an amazing view of beautiful Toddy Pond. There is even a gazebo at one end for mosquito-free time outside after dark. The waterfront is just a few steps away from the deck, down a lovely pine-needle laden path, and we thoroughly enjoyed swimming off the dock, kayaking/canoeing, and watching the sun set down by the water. The shared access to dock and waterfront areas was not an issue at all -- we had plenty of time when it was just our party -- and when others were around, it was never crowded and always laid back. We would not hesitate to rent from Mark and Laurie at any of their Toddy Pond properties again -- and give them our highest recommendation! :)
