Negative: There is a self check in, the key was not in the place it was supposed to be. Had to contact and give orientation to the support line to get the key. Apartment was not clean Apartment doesn't correspond to the photos

Positive: The location was very nice, close to a subway station which made it easy to travel around Tokyo. Laundry included in the unit was also a nice bonus

Negative: The pictures of the room varied quite a bit and most didn't reflect what the room actually looked like. There are some house rules that were shared after booking, which weren't issues but trash needs to be sorted (or you risk a fine) and the bins were just a bit too small for 2 people staying for 4 nights

Negative: Would have been nice to have somewhere to sit , even a chair on the balcony maybe. We sat on the beds when we ate there.
