The Blue Ridge Mountains are visible when you look east through the trees. Poague Run trickles down the right side of the property. Volleyball/badminton court, horseshoes, and campfire pits just right for roasting hotdogs and toasting marshmallows are available for guests' use. This is the perfect location for family vacations and site seeing or a restful getaway for couples seeking to unwind or visit the nearby wineries and breweries.
Step back in time at this beautiful log cabin in the country. This special place is furnished with antiques and old woodwork from a previous cabin on the site, and has all of the amenities of home. Curl up and enjoy an evening of reading, selecting from the nice collection of books, play any of the many board games provided, or just relax in the jacuzzi tub. Barbecue on the large back porch with either the gas grill or charcoal grill. At the end of the day you can watch the sunset from the front porch swing.

Summary: My family of 7 stayed for two nights and throughly and has a wonderful time! The cabin was clean and cozy, with modern day emenities and creature comforts. The main bed upstairs is memory foam and quite comfy and the kids are already asking to go back again another time. The location was PERFECT and only 6 minutes away from local attractions like the Natural Bridge national park, Caverns and Zoo. Highly recommend!!

Summary: Took the whole family (8 in total) to Tom’s cabin for a spring break in Natural Bridge. The cabin couldn’t have been more authentic. We absolutely loved it! We hung out on the front porch, ate dinner on the back porch, played badminton, and roasted s’mores around the fire pit, just to name a few of the activities available. Cabin is clean with all your needed creature comforts…and, its centrally located just minutes from all of the Natural Bridge attractions. Highly recommended!

Summary: We had a great time. Issue with the AC was fixed promptly which we really appreciated. Loved the tub. Would have liked a TV in the master bedroom but the family room with the fireplace was a great place to cozy up and watch a movie. Overall loved it and would come again!
