Positive: When we arrived we were informed that there was a leak in our room, and therefore we wouldn’t be able to stay in that room for that night, and were moved to one of the smaller rooms. The smaller room was ok, but the bed wasn’t brilliant and the room was a bit small. However, as a result of this, we were offered a full refund for the night, which was very good of them. When our room was available we moved in, and it was fantastic. Very clean, a nice bathroom and lovely balcony. A really nice room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Negative: The room on the first night, however we understand that sometimes there can be problems, and the staff dealt with it very well.

Summary: Really nice hotel, with great staff.

Positive: The property is very beautiful, the exterior design is modern and nice. The room is clean and comfy. The location is maybe the best in this island. It’s near to everywhere ✨

Negative: We stayed two nights, one of which wasn’t so calm for us. There were guys from next door and were by the pool till late and the noise was too loud.

Summary: We liked the place and will come back again.
