This condo is Pet Friendly!! Dogs only! If you are bringing your furry friend there is an additional $100 pet fee to us and $150 per pet to the front desk along with a $100 per pet dog lead fee that is refundable when returned at the end of your stay. Please let us know prior to booking if you will be bringing your dog. Please note some breeds of canine are not permitted by the complex' HOA.

This 2 bedroom. 2 bath top floor unit in Phoenix on the Bay II is spectacular! The lavish custom Cherry kitchen with full-height granite backsplashes, countertops and stainless steel appliances is ideal for any gathering! The unit is also equipped with a full wet bar with wine cooler and ice maker. This condo can accommodate dining for 10 and sleeps 5, with plenty of space. The master suite is spacious with an enormous master bath, complete with his/her sinks, jetted corner tub and full shower. You'll also enjoy the large utility room with full-sized washer and dryer. This unit is expertly decorated and everything is new. The building has many amenities for your enjoyment as well, including an expansive lazy river and children's splash pool, putt putt, roof top tennis and basketball courts, full gym, indoor heated pool and Jacuzzis, outdoor grills, boat slips and a lighthouse!
Local Attractions include: The Wharf and the Amphitheater at the Wharf, The Bird of Paradise Arial Tours, Flora-Bama Lounge, LuLu's Restaurant (owned and operated by local celebrity Lucy Buffett, Jimmy's sister), Pirate's Cove (the original restaurant that Jimmy Buffett wrote "Cheeseburger in Paradise" for), Parasailing, Dolphin Cruises, Jet-Ski rentals, beautiful nature and bicycle trails through our protected national parks, charter fishing excursions, Adventure Island, The Gulf Coast Zoo (recently featured on The Discovery Channel as The Little Zoo That Could), The Hangout, etc.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle.

Summary: Our family (2 kiddos, mom, dad & dog) had an amazing experience! First, the communication was incredible! The provided information and directions were detailed and very helpful! We were checked in on via email mid week but we didn’t need anything! The property is stunning! Clean and well-kept. The condo is beautiful and was perfect for our family! Gorgeous kitchen looks into living area, bedrooms are spacious and were perfect for our family of 4. The large laundry room was very much appreciated! We spent a lot of time in the indoor pool, which was never busy and our girls loved it. We wish we could have spent more time in the outdoor pool but with it being the end of March/beginning of April and on the tail of a few rainy days, the water was too cold to stay in for long. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely rent this condo again on a future trip!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit had an animal smell when we arrived but seemed better after first day. HOA must be worried about law suits. I have a lightning app on my phone that lets me know when lightning is in the area. We had to leave the pool area every day but the last one. Every time a small cloud got close, we had to leave with NO lightning close by.

The staff and manager are awesome. Minor problems with the ice maker and a toilet were repaired immediately. We enjoyed walking on the docks and seeing the boats. The location is convenient (5-10 min) to the beach, trails and restaurants.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This room was beautiful and so peaceful for our Thanksgiving break. My husband is an amazing cook and worried the kitchen would not be properly stocked for a large meal, but he made it work! He did point out the stove was a little small, but if you aren’t cooking ham and turkey with several sides that’s unlikely to be a real issue! Haha Julia was amazing as we prepared for our trip and really helped to ensure it was a seamless experience from a customer service standpoint. I really appreciated her efforts! We are already considering going back during the spring because my kids loved the pool area (but it was too cold to swim during our stay!) it’s become a Thanksgiving tradition to spend the week at the beach and we typically stay at Gulf Front beaches so I was worried we would be disappointed on the bay/cove area. We had no regrets! Calm, beautiful views, beautiful condo and wonderful customer service that went beyond past experiences or expectations!
