✅ Stylishly designed and furnished to a very high standard with no expense spared, fully air-conditioned, modern and has everything needed for a perfect self-catering holiday.
✳️ Almerimar is one of Spain's best kept secrets, outstandingly beautiful and has a sub-tropical climate with an average of 320 days of sunshine a year.
The Resort is built around the harbour that hosts many Sea-food restaurants with a good Spanish cuisine. Cafe Bars, Tapas Bars all situated in lovely surroundings overlooking the harbour.

The master bedroom with it's own TV has a LARGE BED (160 x 200) contains a large wardrobe with a lot of storage place for clothes, a lot of hangers, shoes and luggage. The dressing contains a FIXED SAFE 👍
A luxury extra bed ( 80x200 ) with very comfortable mattress for a 3rd adult / or child is available upon request (extra charge € 12 p.n.) need to be reserved 1 month in advance and to pay on the spot in cash.
The kitchen is fully equipped with DISHWASHER , hot air oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, percolator (typical English), electric juicer, toaster, electric blender for smoothies, ➡️ electronic backing plate 2500w for outdoor use in the summer months ( instead of a BBQ) real BBQ is FORBIDDEN in the residence PORTO FINO.
There is a utilityroom with washing machine & clothes dryer, ironing board, storage cupboard for dirty laundry & cleaning stuff, storage for your suitcases & golfbags.
The living room contains a very comfortable L-sofa, a 43 inch SATELLITE SMART TV & 1 extra TV in the bedroom. An extensible dining table, that not should be moved on the terrace.
Even there is an extensible terrace table with chairs.
The luxury bathroom has a RAIN SHOWER & all towels are provided / included in the rental price.
A scale/balance is also available.
On the large terrace there are 2 comfortable luxury sunloungers and an extensible dining table. The terrace is partially covered. There is also a large sun canopy/awning that nearly can cover the whole terrace.
Also available: beach towels, beach bag, ironing board, iron, drying rack & pins, vacuum cleaner.
At 60m from the apartment there is a large open air parking lot , completely free to use.
There is NO STORAGE / cellar available to place BICYCLES. It is NOT ALLOWED to place bicycles in the apartment or on the terrace, neither in the elevators. Community rules …. To avoid damage !
NEVER use airco's or heating with OPEN windows !
Switch off the airco or heating if you leave the apartment. You can turn it on when you come back. The owner can check DAILY your usage online on the ENDESA APP.
Water is included in the rental price, ….. but be very careful with it, the water in Spain is exhaustible. Electricity is calculated in the night price / as extra fee € 3 p.n.
Tenants receive the apartment SPOTLESS !
The end cleaning of €75 is payable in CASH on arrival when handing over the keys.

Summary: This is the second time in Annie’s apartment . It’s just perfect in every way , she has thought of everything . The check in process was very good , because we had stayed before , we knew all about the apartment. We had a welcome gift of fruit and wine . It’s close to all amenities, supermarket, restaurants and bars , overlooking the marina , just perfect . We had a problem with our return taxi , but Annie came to the rescue . Her daughter came to pick us up and took us to the Airport. Nothing is too much trouble. If you’re thinking of visiting Almerimar , this is the place . You will not be disappointed. 🤗😊. Already checking flights for next year 👍

Summary: The cleanliness and artistic presentation is one of the best we have stayed in. There is everything you need for a comfortable relaxing holiday with a superb large terrace and amazing Marina view. The complex is quiet and yet so close to all amenities and it’s not necessary for a car as all is in walking distance. Annie is a thoughtful caring host and wants to make sure the holiday goes well. Summary: We spend 3 months there really enjoyed the place, like advertised well located, golf, grocery, transportation to city. You can see the sea from the balcony. Annie and Yvan were perfect host, always ready to help. I recommend this place

Summary: Beautiful apartment with stunning view of the marina and the sea. Lovely open plan interior with a very large terrace and the use of a big communal pool. Very clean interior with everything you need for your holiday. Would recommend a stay here.

Summary: We finally got to stay at Annie’s Apartment, originally booked in 2019 , then COVID came . It was definitely well worth the wait . Everything is just perfect for our needs . Communication with Annie very good . We were met by the cleaner , she showed us round explaining everything that we needed to know . The apartment is so clean , so close to shops , bars , beach all you need from a Holiday. The view from the terrace over looking the marina is lovely , spent most of our time relaxing on the terrace . Sun all day , shade if you want it . Did quite a bit of cooking while we were there , Annie has thought of everything , never stayed in an apartment that was so well equipped. We will definitely be returning , we both loved it. A big thank you to Annie for the use of her apartment . Loved every minute. Hope we get to meet up the next time . 🤗😊👍

Summary: My husband and I have just returned home after 2 weeks in the most wonderful apartment! Annie's apartment is stunning for so many reasons. The apartment itself is beautiful. Furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard. You will want for nothing! There is a large terrace that gets the sun from morning until evening (as my tan will testfy!) It also has a shaded area which suited my fair skinned husband!! An abundance of restaurants and bars are literally a 5 minute walk away as are the supermarkets. Annie has provided a trolley to take to the supermarket, which is a life saver! I can also understand why Almerimar is known as the sunniest place in Europe. We had 2 weeks of constant sunshine!! Annie is the most amazing host and is so helpful should you need to contact her at all. I can honestly say this was the best holiday we have ever had, and it goes without saying we will be booking again for next year! Look no further, this apartment and its location are truly amazing! Thank you Annie!!

Summary: We have been self catering for many many years and we have never stayed in a better presented apartment with all the home comforts required to enjoy a holiday. Annie has amazing taste and anticipates all your holidays needs from all the essentials for self catering to thoughtful additions like a shopping trolley to get your provisions from the local shops without the need of a car. (A true bonus ) and we particularly liked the fab sliding fly screens which makes all the difference. The apartment is in an amazing location with superb views and so close to good bars and restaurants. Almerimar has a lovely deli, green grocers, butchers and bakers all family run businesses. Annie is efficient and professional with all your wants and needs. We have already booked to return now knowing it’s everything we want. Thank you Annie so glad we found you. 🤗
